These terms cover your use of origin.studio. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Origin® Studio is a design studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We" and "us" mean Origin®. "You" means anyone using the site.

Using this site

You may browse the site, read the Journal and share links to any page. You may not:

• copy, download or republish the work shown here, in whole or in part

• use the site to send spam, malware or anything unlawful

• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site

Our work and your content

The designs, photographs, text and code on this site belong to Origin® or to the clients we made them with. Client names and marks belong to those clients and are shown with their permission.

Anything you send us through the contact form stays yours. We use it only to reply to you.

Project enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. Paid work starts only once we both sign a proposal that sets out scope, fees and timing. That proposal, not these terms, governs the project.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we do not run, such as Instagram or a client's shop. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from relying on what it says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai settle any dispute about them.
